The Most Serene Republic of Delmonte, is a nation whose enclave is located on the island of Cazu Niccita.
History
Cazu Niccita was originally an uninhabited island used by Vsevolodian sailors during the initial evacuations following the caldera explosions.
In 2068, New Udonia was contacted by The Most Serene Republic of Delmonte, requesting that they gain an enclave within the close vicinity of New Udonia in order to pursue economic trade. New Udonia granted them the island of Cazu Niccita for this very purpose.
Geography
The geographic environment of Cazu Niccita is similar to Vsevolod, an Arctic-alpine Desert. Although minerals are located underneath the island, they are not exploited, as the island has been turned into a giant international trading marketplace under Delmonte.
Demographics
Cazu Niccita's demographics are highly diverse, as their are marketing representatives from every region which Delmonte has established enclaves with. The majority are Delmontese and New Udonian (Vsevolodian).
Government
The government of Cazu Niccita is managed by The Chancellery of Foreign Nations, a Delmonte agency under the authority of the Doge of Delmonte.
Economy
The economy of Columbia is highly praised internationally, as there is virtually zero taxes for island inhabitants. Solar power and hydrogen fuel cells power the economy, while the industry of military contracting enables the island to import necessities.
